Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

• Possess a minimum qualification of GCE O’ Level with ‘B’ grade or higher in accounting
• At least one year work experience in similar position or related field
• Must be computer literate with strong skills in MS Excel

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Create quotations in the POS software
• Create invoices in the POS software
• Collect and prepare items for purchase orders received from customers
• Create delivery notes
• Keep work area tidy and organised
