Description

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote
company services and enhance brand visibility in the
construction industry.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business
growth and expansion.
Establish and maintain relationships with government
departments, partners, and key stakeholders to support
business obiectives.
Lead project marketing efforts, including developing marketing
collateral and coordinating promotional activities.
Assist in the preparation of tender offers and proposals
ensuring alignment with client reguirements and company
capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing
initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Conduct policy research and contribute to market planning
efforts to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Expand into new markets and territories, coordinating regional
business activities and partnerships.
Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills, including
listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Exhibit strong communication and
teamwork skills to
effectively collaborate with internal teams and external
stakeholders.
Display a strong sense of responsibility and loyalty to the
enterprise, contributing to a positive work culture and team
environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing within the
construction industry.
Knowledge of tender processes and experience
in preparing tender offers.
Excellent English language skills, both verbal
and written.
Strong communication,interpersonal, and
negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a
team,with a proactive and collaborative
approach.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute
marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Highly organized with excellent attention to
detail and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
