We are looking for Full time or Part time 

RECEPTIONIST 

Qualifications and Requirements:

GCE O Level qualification 

Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Able to write and speak fluently in English and Dhivehi.

Must be able to work for shift duties.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in medical field or candidates who have previously worked in front office.

Responsibilities:

Handle Reception counter.

Able to work for shift duties. 

Deal with walk-in customers.

Make doctor appointments.

Answer incoming calls and call back patients.

Make daily sales report. 

Make invoices at end of the month.

Assisting with any required administrative or clerical works.

Salary:

Negotiable based on qualifications and past experience.
