Title: CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (survey, retention, and marketing) as per given guidelines.
- Interact with customers positively and confidently to achieve the given objective.
- Log customer interaction data for reporting purposes.
- Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised by customers.
- Provisioning of services where required by the campaign.
- Case-by-case provisioning of services for customer requests made during outbound interactions.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Treat customer information confidential.
- Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues.
- Assist other contact center teams as and when required.
