3rd  room  (Queen Bed, 10nch Matress, Sofa bed, dressing table, Wardrobe, AC, Belcony,4 Pillow)  850 per night 

 

4th  room  (Queen Bed, 10nch Matress, Sofa bed, dressing table, Wardrobe, AC,Minibar, Belcony,4 Pillow)  900 per night

 

Staff Room, ( Bunk Bed, 2, Wardrobe, Dressing table, 8Pillow)

 

Washing Machine.

 

Around 30 towels, 5 Dustbing, 1 Office Chair, 2 set linen extra for every room. (This might not be very acurate/more or less.

option 1 

 

buying the property for 100,000

 

rent 55,000 and 1 month advance 55,000. Full in one shot 

 

 

Option 2 

Buying the property 150,000

 

rent 45,000, Advance 60 ,000. Full amount in one shot.

 

Can make agreement for 5 years. 

First 2 years and then if there is issue within 2 years then the agreement can be made for the next 3 years if the client is villing.
