We have a 24 hours return policy for  SEALED items which was damaged or defective when delivered. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, TechnicaMV reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. TechnicaMV can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

 

Nonreturnable Items

  • Opened TVs, combos, and monitors — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
  • Any computers/laptops built or modified by TechnicaMV to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (2 - 6 Days) for a credit to appear on your account.
